Posted by admin in Food, Garden, Workshops 07 Jan 2014

It’s a New Year, and it’s time to plan your Summer Edible Garden!  In this workshop, Master Gardener Lara Hughey will help you prepare your garden for Spring.  Topics covered will include: soil facts & prep, plant selection & spacing, starting from seed, transplants, and more.  Children are welcome!  They will participate in a fun story time and art project.  And don’t forget to bring your extra or unwanted seeds from last year’s garden.  As always, there will be a Seed Swap, so you can try something new and your friends can too!
